Medalist Capital’s employees are on the move! Chuck Kleve is leaving the company to pursue a unique opportunity, and recent hire Rob Whitcomb will be our new COO based in the Charlotte office.

Rob Whitcomb will be taking over as our new COO based in the Charlotte office. Rob started his career in 2001 as an analyst in construction lending for Capital Advisors. Since then, he spent nearly 20 years on the banking side. In his role at PNC Bank over the past 12 years, Rob managed 50+ bankers across the Carolinas, Alabama, Texas, and Colorado. At PNC–every real estate deal passed through Rob first. He is an extremely professional, engaging, and hard-working individual. Welcome, Rob! 

We regret to announce that our friend and colleague, Chuck Kleve, is leaving Medalist to pursue a unique opportunity with Kraken Kinetics. Chuck accomplished so much during his time with us. His primary focus as COO and Head Recruiter was to recruit top talent and expand our firm. Chuck generated immense results – generating the biggest personnel growth in Medalist history over the past year.
