Medalist Capital continues to grow! We are excited to wecolem Anna Zimmermand and Connor McGloin to our Charlotte office, and Aidan Talgo to our Charleston office.
Anna Zimmerman, Marketing Specialist | Charlotte
Ms. Zimmerman, a Charlotte native, joined Medalist Capital in May 2025 as a Marketing Specialist. Prior to joining Medalist, she held marketing internships while completing her undergraduate studies.Ms. Zimmerman graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the Darla Moore School of Business. While at USC, she was an active member of the Women in Business Council. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, travel, and live music.
Connor McGloin, Analyst | Charlotte
Mr. McGloin, orginally from Richmond, Virginia, joined Medalist as an Analyst in May 2025. Prior to joining Medalist, he was a part of the Commercial Banking Analyst Program at Ally Bank, where he specialized in deposit pricing, credit card analytics, and fraud transformation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina in 2022. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, surfing, and both playing and watching sports.
Adian Talgo, Assocaite Producer | Charleston
Mr. Talgo is originally from Rye, New York and joined Medalist Capital as an Associate Producer in 2025 and brings nearly eight years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining the Medalist team, he worked in the Newport Beach office for Bank of America where he was an origination associate for the CMBS Real Estate Structured Finance team. Prior to Bank of America, he worked for R4 Capital, a nationwide affordable housing tax-credit syndicator, lender, and asset manager. Mr. Talgo earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University with a concentration in real estate. Outside of work, Mr. Talgo enjoys golf, watching his favorite New York sports teams, and spending time with his black labrador, Kip, friends and family on Johns Island.
