Ms. Zimmerman, a Charlotte native, joined Medalist Capital in May 2025 as a Marketing Specialist. Prior to joining Medalist, she held marketing internships while completing her undergraduate studies.

Ms. Zimmerman graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the Darla Moore School of Business. While at USC, she was an active member of the Women in Business Council.
