Mr. McGloin is originally from Richmond, Virginia. He attended Collegiate School before earning his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina. After graduation, he worked at the A Bar A Ranch in Wyoming before launching his financial services career in the Commercial Banking Analyst Program at Ally Bank. Mr. McGloin joined Medalist in June 2025.

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, surfing, and both playing and watching sports.
