Mr. McGloin, originally from Richmond, Virginia, joined Medalist as an Analyst in May 2025. Prior to joining Medalist, he was part of the Commercial Banking Analyst Program at Ally Bank, where he specialized in deposit pricing, credit card analytics, and fraud transformation.

He graduated from Collegiate School in Richmond, Virginia before earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina in 2022.
