Mr. McNeil joined Medalist Capital as a Loan Servicer in September 2026. Prior to joining Medalist, he worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at Nomad Capital in Wilmington, NC where he underwrote industrial and flex space for self-storage syndication, and later, PNC Bank in Chapel Hill, NC as a Personal Banker.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a concentration in FinTech from the Cameron School of Business.

In his free time, he enjoys golf, tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
