Henry has 17 years of experience sourcing, structuring, and managing debt and real estate investments across fixed income and private equity strategies. Prior to joining Medalist Capital, he was an Executive Director in the Real Estate Securitization & Capital Markets group at Wells Fargo, responsible for originating and underwriting CMBS and balance sheet loans. Prior to Wells, he worked for BlackRock, focusing on data & analytics, and risk management of CMBS and CRE debt exposures for public fixed income and private equity real estate portfolios. Prior experiences also include: Sr. Associate at B2R Finance, a Blackstone Tactical Opportunities Funds Investment, originating Single Family Rental (SFR) and Residential Transition Loans (RTL) loans; and investment sales, leasing, and asset management at Collett & Associates in Charlotte, NC. 

Henry holds a B.A. in psychology from Sewanee: The University of the South and is married with two children. Henry is a fundraising volunteer for both the Boy Scouts of America and the Catawba Riverkeeper. He is a licensed real estate broker in NC and SC.
