Mr. Codiga joined Medalist Capital in November 2021. Prior to that, he worked with the equity funds, real estate, and venture banking groups at Bridge Bank in the Silicon Valley.

Mr. Codiga is from Santa Cruz, California, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University. He now resides in Charlotte with his wife, Madison, and they are members of Life Church in South End. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and paddleboarding.
