Mrs. McKie joined Medalist Capital in the spring of 2006 as an analyst. Before joining Medalist, she was an intern with Pratt-Thomas and Gumb (now Dixon Hughes, PLLC), a certified public accounting firm in Charleston.

Mrs. McKie earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Furman University, where she was a scholarship member of the women’s tennis team and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. 

Mrs. McKie is on the Board of First Scots Kindergarten, a member of the Furman Paladin Club, the Colonial Dames of America, a former member of the Porter-Gaud Alumni Association Board, and a former member of the Porter-Gaud Hall of Fame Committee
