Ms. Alemparte Glass joined Medalist Capital in 2024 as a loan closing specialist. With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, she has facilitated loan closings with various private equity, banks, life insurance companies, and conduits. Ms. Alemparte Glass has experience in M & A, commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, portfolio sales, cell towers, hospitality and value add properties. She is also a licensed commercial real estate broker. Before joining Medalist Capital, Ms. Alemparte Glass worked with Becker & Polikoff, P.A. as a commercial real estate paralegal.

Ms. Alemparte Glass graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College, City University of New York.

Ms. Alemparte Glass is involved with her community association, Celebrations and Events Committee of her HOA and with Safe Haven, a local animal shelter organization. In her spare time, she is a bibliophile, a lover of history, and an illustrator. Ms. Alemparte Glass likes to travel and explore the world and greatly enjoys learning new things.
