Mr. Hardison joined Medalist Capital as an Analyst in June of 2026. Prior to joining Medalist, he worked in commercial real estate investment and development at Cason Development Group in Columbia, South Carolina, and before that in asset management at Streamline Developers in Morehead City, North Carolina.

Mr. Hardison earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina with majors in Finance and Real Estate. He is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina and graduated from Needham B. Broughton High School. He holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker license and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
