Ms. Greene joined Medalist Capital in 2004 as the loan closing specialist. With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has facilitated loan closings with various life insurance companies, conduits, and banks. She also assists the servicing department with UCC filings and insurance renewals. Before joining Medalist Capital, she worked with Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. as a senior paralegal.

Ms. Greene is involved with her community association, currently serving on the Architectural Review Committee and is Secretary of her HOA. She enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
