Mr. McHugh joined Medalist Capital in the summer of 2015 as an analyst and was promoted to vice president in January of 2020. Before that, he worked as an analyst for Bank of America/Merrill Lynch Securities. Mr. McHugh spent two years before that as a business development manager for an IT Services firm targeting Fortune 500 financial clients.

Mr. McHugh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Management from the University of South Carolina.
