Mr. McHugh is a Vice President in the Charleston office of Medalist Capital. Mr. McHugh joined Medalist in the summer of 2015 as an analyst where he underwrote over $1 billion in financing. He was promoted to Vice President in January of 2020 and has now secured over $1 billion in debt and equity financing as a producer working on deals nationally.

Before Medalist, he worked as an analyst for Bank of America/Merrill Lynch Securities.

Mr. McHugh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Management from the University of South Carolina. He enjoys hunting, golf, and Gamecock athletics.
